A quickie...Lunch
Here is my lunch...ok, was my lunch!
A toasted cheese and tomato sandwich. Ok, nothing to blog about here. But I have to.
This toastie has a secret ingredient......Ballymaloe Country Relish...I LOVE IT.
It has transformed my boring cheese and tomato toastie into a taste sensationi.
It really is the small things in life that make me happy...
Also I rediscovered my coffee machine, a Nescafé Krups Dolce Gusto. I have to admit I had forgotten this little gem despite sitting proudly on my kitchen counter top. And after drinking way too much tea today I longed for different hot beverage, hey presto, coffee!!
And so, this is the story of my Wednesday lunch.

I do feel kinda silly posting about my lunch but I really enjoyed it. And the purpose of this blog was to share things I love, hence the post.
