I am afraid this one is not for me....
After I bought the limes in a punnet last week, it was Key Lime Pie I had my eye on to make... So I googled a recipe. I used a Jamie Oliver one
Recipe was very easy to follow and this pie was nice and easy to make but I just didn't like it. Nothing to do with the recipe, I never had this pie before and was keen to try as I like lime flavors.

I bought one on holiday in America, but I think I prefer the flavour of lemon meringue pie:) Your home baking looks fab though! Hope hubs didn't spot any nail polish marks!! lol

ReplyDeleteI did however find a bottle of key lime juice and it works when the urge hits to make it. Looks lovely.
Is a "lime" not the same thing as a "key lime"....I thought they were the same thing...lol...oh dear maybe that is why I was not liking it...lol

I've made it a few times. I'm not really a huge fan, but the OH likes it .. so if I'm feeling kindly, I'll make it, lol!

but sure once we enjoy the taste I suppose it doesn't matter!
