Again weird posting this since its January and this is a Christmas thing but I though I would share, you could use this for next Christmas.
I saw Rachel Allen do this on TV before Christmas so I thought I would have a go since I had the frozen short crust pastry in the freezer.....
A lot less hassle than mince pies!
